Check out these amazing little illustration by the incredibly talented Jon Klassen. He created these for his friends Carly and Dave's wedding. The idea was each table would have a bird accompanied by a pin with the bird on it that the guest could take home. Pretty rad idea. Check out his work here.
Alexa Meade has a style like no other. She applies acrylic paint on to of her subjects. It looks fake but as you look harder at the photo they are incredible pieces of art.

I love Tuesdays. Mainly because it's not Monday. But also new albums come out, it's one day closer to Friday and Tiny Showcase releases a new short run print of some truly inspiring and amazing art. They have had some well known artist such as Jeff Soto(above), Josh Keyes, Jesse LeDoux and alot of great artist I have never heard of. We are very pleased to announce a new show with Ashley Forrette called "Sea Legs" at Together Gallery in Portland, OR. It will open February 25th and will run through March.
The show will explore mythology and superstitions of the sea and will combine Ashley's incredible photography and our usual wackiness. We are all working really hard to bring this show to life and are excited to count down the days with you all and share the work as it's created (the above is a crop of the first piece we've created for the show). Yep that's right we are honored to be in Doodler Anonymous Coloring Book Vol.1. We did a feature
on their site a couple months ago and they asked us if we would be in
their first coloring book. The rest of the book looks awesome can't
wait to get my hands on one.
